MEET BLAINE CRUSE

Blaine Cruse is the Real Estate Expert Advisor serving Katy, Fulshear, Brookshire, Richmond, Rosenberg, Sugar Land, Cypress, and the Greater Houston area.

Blaine was born and raised in the Greater Houston area. He started his first business in 2002 with business cards, a car, and a computer while staying with friends. In 16 months, he grew that business into a strong multiple six-figure company.

In 2005, Blaine bought his first home. He was not prepared and did not understand the process. His real estate agent showed up long enough to get paid, then disappeared. That experience stayed with him.

In 2007, with a newborn baby at home, Blaine got his real estate license. His goal was simple: help his friends, family, and clients avoid the same bad experience. He wanted people to feel prepared, informed, and protected when buying or selling a home.

By 2015, Blaine closed his first business and moved into real estate full time. Since then, he has used his years of business and real estate experience to guide buyers and sellers through smart moves.

Blaine helps his clients make better decisions with clear preparation, strong negotiation, and local market insight. He helps buyers understand their options, purchasing power, and next steps. He helps sellers price, prepare, and market their homes with a clear plan.
